SIGN IN ON A NEW DEVICE

 

  1. Plug in the computer to a power source.
  2. Power on the computer.
  3. On the Login Screen, select ‘Other User’.
  4. Use your Microsoft 365 (@porticopm.com) username and password.
  5. If this is your first time using these credentials, you’ll be required to reset your password and setup your MFA using the Microsoft Authenticator on your mobile device.
  6. In the following step it will ask you to create a PIN:

    PIN – Please use 713982, once configuration is done it will be changed to something ONLY you will know and should not be shared.

  1. Once you’re logged into windows wait approximately 5 Minutes, then reboot.

 

Once you have completed all steps please visit http://tech.porticopm.com to schedule a New User/Profile Configuration appointment. This process generally takes 30-45 minutes, however, if numerous updates are needed then the process can take 1.5 hours or more.
