SIGN IN ON A NEW DEVICE
- Plug in the computer to a power source.
- Power on the computer.
- On the Login Screen, select ‘Other User’.
- Use your Microsoft 365 (@porticopm.com) Login ID and password. Note, this may be different than your email address.
- If this is your first time using these credentials, you’ll be required to reset your password and setup your MFA using the Microsoft Authenticator on your mobile device.
- In the following step it will ask you to create a PIN:
PIN – Please create a PIN (minimum 6 digits) and something ONLY you will know as it should not be shared with anyone.
- Once you’re logged into windows wait approximately 5 Minutes, then reboot.
